In theory the printers are all set up to work from CloudReady / ChromeOS PCs in our offices. If you have a problem please email google.guides@cabgwynedd.cymru and we will try and fix it. The following information is for configuring printers in our offices to work with Windows PCs.
You will see below the details of the printers and the drivers to be downloaded. Click the link to get going – and then you will need to run the downloaded file to install the software, which in turn will search for the printers. All printers are available from all sites and not available if working remotely.
Ricoh IM C2500
This is the new (August 2022) printers in Dolgellau and Pwllheli.
The one to use is top of the list (PCL 6 Driver).
Canon c5540
This is the larger machines in Bangor and Caernarfon – we have recontracted until September 2025.
