Only members of the charity are entitled to vote at the Annual General meeting.
A member must be approved by the Trustee Board and must be:
- An individuals (over the age of 18 years) who are interested in furthering the work of the Charity who is not a paid or volunteer worker of the Charity; or
- A body corporate or unincorporated association which is interested in furthering the Charity’s work
Every member of the Charity undertakes to contribute such amount as may be required, not exceeding £1, to the Charity’s assets if it should be wound up while they are a member or within one year after they cease to be a member.
